Lee-ann Pitcher

Senior Building Designer

With degrees in Architecture and Built Environment, Lee-ann has a wealth of experience in building design.

The opportunity to be involved in a range of projects has provided Lee-ann with skills in all aspects of building design development - schematic, detail design, master-planning, interior design, contract documentation and administration.

Applying these skills to residential, commercial and resort developments from Northern NSW, Brisbane and Far North Queensland, Lee-ann uses her strong work ethic to ensure Client satisfaction with regard to time, cost and quality of the end product.  Her style, flair and ability to understand and interpret Clients’ needs has resulted in the acknowledgment of her designs in the presentation of several awards.

Her many years of involvement in the region has led to Lee-ann’s particular skills in sustainable tropical design, meshing well with her interest in sustainable community design; the subject of her Final Year thesis in 1993.

A member of the Design Review Panel for “The Sands” in Port Douglas, Lee-ann’s understanding of the issues involved in common title residential developments is utilised.

Lee-ann’s skills and experience now enable RECS to offer a full range of Building Design Services.
